Spring Learning

To start off our Spring month, the children have been learning to distinguish between living and non-living. To introduce this concept, we have started off by looking at some cards of both living and non-living things, and then during our circle time they have taken turns in sorting these into categories. After this we did a walk in the garden together, identifying objects that are living, and then later, those that are non-living. You can reinforce this, using both the English and Hebrew, when out with your children (just a note: once a fruit or vegetable has been pluck from the tree it is then considered to be non-living).
